Kivusoft Technologies celebrated its fifth anniversary in style on 1 May at the finals of its IT competition held at the Serena Hotel. This prestigious event was attended by leading figures from the worlds of education, technology and business, including the representative of Her Excellency the Advisor to the Military Governor of North Kivu on Education, Professor Joseph Kitaganya, Dr Bazir SERUSHAGO, philanthropist and chairman of the company's Comité de Sages, as well as representatives of Airtel, Cornerstone Academy and other distinguished guests.
A celebration of innovation and talent
The evening was marked by fierce competition between the finalists in the competition, who demonstrated their expertise and creativity by presenting innovative projects. Two projects in particular caught the jury's attention: a point-of-sale (POS) management system and an automatic identification system for number plates and vehicles on the road in the city of Goma, aimed at improving road safety.
A commitment to the community and development
Beyond the competition, this event was an opportunity for Kivusoft Technologies to reaffirm its commitment to the community and to the development of the region. The company director called on Congolese youth to take advantage of technology to create jobs, stimulate socio-economic transformation and contribute to restoring peace in the Great Lakes region, particularly in North Kivu. He also invited partners to support the company and adopt technology to increase their revenues and develop their activities.
Quality services and an ongoing commitment:
True to its mission, Kivusoft Technologies is committed to providing the community with affordable, high-quality services. The company will also continue to equip young people and all Congolese with the skills they need to master and make the best use of technology for the benefit of their respective communities.
